While Dr. X attempts to abduct the G7 leaders, Action Man is constantly troubled by how familiar Dr. X's plan feels. This was a remake show of the 1995 Action Man cartoon created by DiC Entertainment. Dr. X steals an experimental KGB cybernetic android.
