If you ask us to transfer your mobile number to Coles Mobile, you'll receive a once-off verification code via SMS to the mobile number you wish to transfer over. But it seems they have moved to using regular Optus prepaid customer service once you call the 1300 number, which is far better. If you are porting from Optus, please ring them (as stated in their website) instead of doing it online as you are porting in house which is not straightforward (Coles mobile runs on the Optus network).
