Based on a systematic revision of all published histologically proven cases, this study aimed to describe the clinical presentation, treatment, and outcome of EM. In patients with suspicion for hypersensitivity or allergic aetiology of eosinophilic myocarditis, it is of utmost importance to eliminate possible causative factors.
