Bells cafe for a milk shake is a must do in BRoken hill I tended to use the BBQ at the hilltop motel where we stayed for eating but I'm told the democratic social club has great food it's easy to get around Broken hill you will need transport though ... A tour at the racecourse with outback astronomy was a highlight .. Two hours of knowledgable commentary with an amazing view of the stars this was a real highlight for us !!!!!! Room size was excellent.
