This is really important because it enables us to offer more flexible ways to deliver teaching to students, it offers exciting new ways for students to collaborate and to learn, and obviously importantly we're going to be seeking to build on the momentum of what we've learned this past session in remote delivery and all of the experience that our staff across the university have accumulated. . That doesn't currently apply to us because we've had no COVID-19 cases on any of our onshore campuses. Last semester the entire university moved online. The University has robust public health procedures in place that have been refined by experience with previous influenza outbreaks and all necessary steps are being taken to protect our students, staff and communities at this time. So it's a really fantastic achievement. There's some great websites that provide information for people as they prepare to come back to campus.
So for instance we have fantastic online resources for our academic staff and that they've been accessed so far 150 000 times by staff. Importantly we have achieved five-star ratings across all the undergraduate and postgraduate learning experience benchmarks. This will give students far more opportunities to develop work related skills and career development know-how and it's going to be crucially important for us in, in producing career-ready graduates.Third, we will develop our lifelong learning portfolio of offerings and this is incredibly important because as we look to the future, we anticipate that our graduates will have lifelong needs to upskill and reskill throughout their careers and so we're determined to support our graduates throughout their entire working lives.Overall with these priorities and the strategy as a whole we have a really ambitious program to ensure that we are going to be at the forefront nationally and internationally for the excellence of our learning and teaching. The health and safety of all students and staff is UOW’s highest priority.

9 Future Predictions For A Post-Coronavirus World. Right now on campus we apply strictly the 1.5 meter safe distance rule, we have COVID safe occupancy limits on all of our teaching spaces, we have signage and signs and posters across campus that gives health advice to staff and students, and we also have a hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe stations across campus, and finally we have a deep clean sanitation regime in place for all of our teaching spaces. Quite importantly, the point here is not to replace on-campus learning and teaching but rather to develop new digital tools and resources so that we can enhance what we already offer students.Second, we will widen and deepen work integrated learning across all of our subjects and courses.

These will be laboratories and practical workshops and also those subjects that have practical placements, so all of our onshore campuses are open and accessible to students.
