She was a loving and supportive wife and mother. Peggy Jean Mitchell, age 73, of Hamilton, died Sunday, June 7, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Peggy was known for her kind and friendly ways throughout her life.
Her older sister, Dr Minnie Fells Johnson and l visited training camp in Escondido California in 196 and enjoyed the beautiful Southern California weather She is survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild in addition to her siblings Jeridine Tuck, Minnie Johnson, Velma Akers, Katie Akers, Billie Daniels, and Horace “Rocky” Akers III.
