Beach Cottage, Abereiddy is a holiday cottage situated on the Pembrokeshire coast path, seven miles form St. David’s. There is a open fire in the sitting room. This is a popular spot for coasteering, climbing along the cliffs at sea level, leaping into the sea if you reach an impassable bit.
The cottage is in a wonderful location as it is situated only 50 meters from Abereiddy beach.
The former quarry is breath-taking, with it’s sparkling and very deep turquoise water. Haverfordwest, Encased by dramatic cliffs and pretty colour-washed cottages, Abereiddy beach is ideal for surfers, kayakers and walkers. Children also enjoy searching for the fossils which can be found on the beach.Abereiddy is seven miles from St. David’s with its splendid cathedral almost hidden from sight. Two sofas and one chair, beamed ceiling and many interesting articles. Alongside the old quarry are a row of ruined cottages to explore.
It is reputed to have been the home of one of Nelson’s men who later turned to smuggling.Abereiddy offers a wide range of activities including walking, bird watching, painting, exploring rock pools, swimming, surfing and fishing.
